UPCOMING EVENTS

General Meeting: "Is It 1787 All Over Again?"
Thursday, October 22, at 7 pm in the
Barrett Room
at the Headquarters Library

At this meeting, Jane Turner, Mary Miles, and Alice Henderson will present the background information that we’ll need to participate in the consensus in November. It’s an important, scary, and interesting study. For more information, go to forum.lwv.org. Use the drop-down menu on Our Work, then click on Constitutional Amendment Study for the Constitutional Amendment Study Guide.

At this meeting we’ll also get some information for the “Money In Politics” study because that consensus is coming along in January!

Reminder: Annual dues are now payable. Dues are $50 for an individual and $75 for a two member household.
